\ncalled me by my name and introduced me to all the team members with whom I was
\ngoin to work. Later I asked him how he came to know about me. Kishore (my frnd)
\nwho introduced me in here told about me all. As I was getting introduced, I
\nnoticed that almost 40% of the employees were ladies working during the night
\nfor US\/EU\/Japanese clients. <\/p>\n
In all professional way, I was introduced to all the people
\nworking there and I was asked to wait in the conference. As told I was waiting
\nin the conference hall not known for what? Suddenly a lady dropped in
\nintroducing herself as Meena, the Manager L and D (Learning and Development)
\nSpecialist and I too introduced myself to her. Then she went on giving the
\npresentations on the company and its operations. Over the course of the
\npresentation, I was at time looking at her. <\/p>\n
